Maharashtra implements various strict measures to control rising Corona cases

In order to control rising Corona cases, various strict measures are being implemented in Maharashtra. Mask, Social distancing and sanitisation drives are being conducted strictly at various places. Number of tests for suspected Corona patients has also increased. <br />''<br />''AIR Correspondent reports, in the wake of the rising Corona situation, few more Local Administrations have announced lockdown and night curfew. Complete Lockdown is announced in Akola, Murtijapur and Akot town till 1st march. In Buldhana district, Urban areas of Buldhana, Chikhali, Malkapur, Khamgaon, Deulgaon raja are declared as containment zones. Lockdown is imposed here till 1st march. Pandharpur's Vitthal mandir will remain closed till tomorrow. Curfew is imposed in Pandharpur town and nearby villages due to Magh Wari. <br />''<br />''Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal corporation, Satara and Jalgaon district Administration have announced night curfew till month-end. All schools, colleges and educational institutions will remain closed till 7th March in Nagpur. <br />''<br />''In response to CM's appeal to avoid gathering, BJP has put on hold its Jail Bharo Andolan scheduled on Wednesday. Mumbai Congress has also cancelled all its programmes scheduled in the next 10 days. NCP has already called off its Janata Darbar. Senior leader Sharad Pawar and his daughter Supriya Sule have also cancelled all their public meetings. <br />
