Maharashtra Government today urged the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to set up a constitution bench and pronounce final hearing on the reservation for the Maratha community.<br />'' <br />''Following the directions from the Chairman of the sub-committee on Maratha reservation, Ashok Chavan, state government's lawyer Advocate Sachin Patil today filed the application in the apex court.<br />'' <br />''In the application, the state government stated it is imperative for the Supreme Court to withdraw its September 9 interim order on Socially and Economically Backward Class (SEBC), stating that it has impacted various recruitment process, admission to several academic courses and also thousands of students and candidates.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The state government had on 7th of this month made the first written request to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court on the same issue.</span><br />
