<span style="color: #222222;">Maharashtra government has provided employment to 17,715 unemployed candidates in last three months despite lockdown triggered due to COVID-19 pandemic.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">State Skill Development Minister, Nawab Malik has said that in the backdrop of COVID-19 crisis and growing unemployment his ministry's continuous efforts and the newly launched Mahaswayam portal has given relief to unemployed people in the State and facilitated proper co-ordination between job seekers and job givers.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR Correspondent reports,&nbsp;Maharashtra Skill Development Minister Nawab Malik has said that the Skill Development Department of the State held Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay online employment camps in different districts of the State and provided employment to 17,715 unemployed persons through Mahaswayam web portal&nbsp;in last&nbsp;three months.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said that by working on a mission mode his department held 24 online camps and more camps will be held in the remaining districts. 167 entrepreneurs participated in these camps and interviewed the candidates for more than 16,000 posts in their companies.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">More than 40,000 candidates attended these camps. 1,72,165 unemployed persons have registered themselves on different platforms of the Mahaswayam portal and the department is doing all the efforts to provide employment to them. The Minister has appealed to the job seekers as well as job givers to register themselves on this portal for better&nbsp;co-ordination&nbsp;between them.&nbsp;</span><br />'' &nbsp;
