The state cabinet, that met in Mumbai on Wednesday, decided that the ordinance must mention that reservation will be provided upto 27 percent, depending on the population and keeping the 50 percent reservation cap in mind. <br />''<br />''The cabinet today also decided to implement the multi-panel electoral method in the civic bodies. Meanwhile, in some relief to cotton growers, the state government has agreed to give a guarantee to the Cotton Marketing Federation for an additional loan of 600 crore rupees. In another decision, the Maharashtra cabinet has approved setting up a sugar museum in Pune to showcase the contribution of the sugar industry.</span><br />
