It will help for employment generation and promote Atmanirbhar Bharat.<br />'' <br />''The Maharashtra government is launching a lot  of initiatives to promote entrepreneurship. Last week Mumbai's SNDT Women's university was declared as a Special incubation centre for Women entrepreneurs. Maharashtra has secured the second spot in second innovation index recently released by NITI aayog. Yesterday, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray launched a financial assistance scheme for Startups under which govt. will reimburse up to 80% amount of patent registration and product testing & certification cost. Under this scheme reimbursement of up to rupees 10 lakh will be given for filing international intellectual property rights applications. Quality testing certificate cost of up to Rupees 2 lakh will also be reimbursed. Maharashtra state innovation society is a nodal agency for this scheme. In the first stage, approximately 125 to 150 startups are expected to be benefitted from this scheme.</span>
