<span style="color: #222222;">In Maharashtra, Gadchiroli police today gunned down two Naxalites in an encounter near Bodhitola village in Manpur district at Chhattisgarh – Maharashtra border.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Informing about this incident Superintendent of Police, Mr. Nilotpal said, one of these Naxalites is named Durgesh Vatti who was the mastermind behind a landmine blast by Naxalites near Jambhulkheda, way back in 2019 where 15 policemen attained martyrdom.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The police have seized one AK 47 rifle and other material from the spot. SP Gadchiroli further informed that the Anti Naxal Operations are on, in this region and identification of the second dead Naxal is going on.</span><br />
