<span style="color: #222222;">The strict restrictions which are already in existence in Maharashtra have been extended for another 15-days, till 7 am of 1st June. The state government in its order to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19 said that people arriving in the state through any mode of transport need to mandatorily possess the negative RT-PCR test report. The RT-PCR negative test report should not be 48 hours old.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In the order which was issued by the state government on 18th of April it was stated that those arriving from places of sensitive origin had to carry the negative RT-PCR test report. However the fresh directives issued today states that people arriving from any part of the country will have to carry the negative RT-PCR test report. Further, in the vehicle transporting goods only two persons i.e. the driver and the cleaner will be allowed and both of them will have to carry the negative RT-PCR test report. If a vehicle is coming from outside Maharashtra, the RT-PCR test report should not be more than 48 hours old by the time the vehicle enters the state, and the report will be valid for a period of 7 days. In addition to this, employees working at airports and ports, and are engaged in transportation of medicines and other materials related to Covid-19 management they would be allowed to commute by suburban local trains, monorail and metro service. The local disaster Management authority has been authorised to impose more strict restrictions in their respective areas as per requirement. However, while doing this, the DMA will have to intimate about the decision to the State Disaster Management Authority and the announcement will have to be done 48 hours in advance.</span><br />''  <br />
