In Maharashtra, the Department of Cultural Affairs has appealed to sisters to send digital Tiranga Rakhis to soldiers deployed on borders, who did not get an opportunity to be with their families on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan today. The Department said rakhis can be sent online.
