In Maharashtra, there has been a decline in the daily caseload of COVID-19 cases. AIR correspondent reports that member of the Maharashtra COVID-19 taskforce, Dr. Pradip Awate said that between April 9 to15 this year as much as 58 thousand daily cases were found in the state. This came down to more than 44 thousand last week. Out of the 35 districts the decline in daily caseload is being witnessed in 17 districts.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Nanded district in Marathwada tops the list as there is 81 per cent drop in new cases, followed by&nbsp; Mumbai at 77 per cent, Thane 71 per cent, Pune 23.47 per cent, Nashik 30.47 per cent and Nagpur with 58.54 per cent. Apart from this, there has been respite from COVID in Bhandara, Nandurbar, Latur, Raigad, Jalna, Hingoli and Gondiya districts. However, despite this silver-lining, there are 18 districts including Kolhapur, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Amravati,&nbsp; Satara and others where there has been no respite.</span><br />
