As would happen in the real vaccination programme, each centre had sent a message to 25 selected beneficiaries, whose credentials were verified through the COWIN app prior to vaccination. Maharashtra's Urban Development Minister and Thane's Guardian Minister Eknath Shinde reviewed the preparations at Thane District General Hospital and said that the district was ready to implement the real vaccination programme.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
