<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) has recommended CRZ (Coastal Regulation Zone) clearance for Vadhvan Mega Port proposed in Palghar district of Maharashtra. This decision was taken in the 172nd meeting of MCZMA and authority sent this recommendation to the Union Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) is developing this all weather deep draft greenfield port in collaboration with Maharashtra Maritime Board. JNPA's Chairman-in-charge Unmesh Wagh informed that they will abide by all the conditions stipulated in the CRZ recommendation.</p>
