<span style="color: #222222;">In Maharashtra, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray today visited the rain-affected areas of Solapur district and took stock of the situation. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He assured that the government is in strong support of the farmers and fully committed to help them in the crisis and ensure that no one will be left out from government assistance.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Thackeray also interacted with some of the farmers who were badly affected due to the unprecedented and unusual heavy rain in Solapur. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He assured all the necessary assistance and also distributed cheques of Rs. four lakh each to the kin of the 14 persons who lost their lives in the torrential rain. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He was accompanied by Revenue Minister Balasaheb Thorat, Agriculture Minister Dadaji Bhuse and Guardian Minister Dattatreya Bharane. </span><br />
