<span style="color: #222222;">Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray today said that work is underway on war-footing to make each district of the state self-sufficient in oxygen so that there is no shortage during next possible third wave. He said during the second corona wave, patients had to face a lot of difficulties due to shortage of oxygen supply.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Chief Minister was speaking in the online inauguration of the Mira Bhayandar Oxygen Project in Thane district today. AIR Correspondent reports that Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray today expressed confidence that Maharashtra will be the first state in the country to become self-sufficient in oxygen. He said the state government had earlier provided oxygen to Covid Hospitals.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">However, he added that work is underway on war-footing to make each district of the state self-sufficient in oxygen so that no patient would be deprived of oxygen in a possible third wave of coronavirus like in the previous wave. The chief minister also said the concept of Corona Free Village needs to be implemented on a large scale in the state. He said if everyone tries to keep their village Corona free, Maharashtra will definitely be Corona free.</span><br />
