Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde today said that his government has taken serious note of the death threat to NCP chief Sharad Pawar and that he has given instructions for a probe.<br />''  <br />'' CM Shinde said in a statement that all necessary precautions will be taken for Sharad Pawar's security. He informed that police authorities have been asked to strengthen Pawar's security if needed. The chief minister said that for the past few days, deliberate attempts are being made to create tension in the state.<br />''  <br />'' Maharashtra deputy chief minister Devendra Fadnavis also has instructed State police to take action in this regard.<br />'' <br />'' Devendra Fadnavis who handles home department, said that although there are differences at the political level, threatening any leader would not be tolerated.<br />''
