Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan today came out in strong support of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh against the backdrop of the Supreme Court remarks on delay in sanctioning prosecution of the telecom minister in 2G spectrum case. He said that Dr Manmohan Singh stands for probity and transparency and if he finds any wrongdoing anywhere, he will not spare any one. Chavan was the Minister of State in the PMO till recently before he replaced Ashok Chavan as the Maharashtra Chief Minister. He was replying to questions from the media at a press conference in New Delhi today.
