<span style="color: #222222;">Amid rising COVID-19 cases, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has decided to withdraw the relaxations given from lockdown in Mumbai city, including the permission to reopen liquor shops. Only essential services will be available from today. In an order issued last night, the BMC said only groceries, medical stores and chemist shops will be allowed to remain open in the city.<br />''<br />'' AIR correspondent reports that Municipal commissioner Praveen Pardeshi has expressed fear that allowing some non-essential services may lead to deterioration of the coronavirus situation in Mumbai and therefore the relaxations will have to be withdrawn for the city, the worst-hit by COVID-19 in Maharashtra.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The BMC feels that advantages of the lockdown will be lost due to gathering of people in large numbers as a few instances of law and order situation were seen in last two days. Two Shramik Special trains carrying more than 2,100 migrant workers left yesterday night from Kalyan junction in neighbouring Thane district. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">One of them, carrying nearly 1,200 migrants, left for Darbhanga in Bihar while the second end-to-end Shramik special train left for Guntakal (Andhra Pradesh) carrying nearly 930 migrants. With 841 fresh cases, state's COVID-19 tally has risen to 15,525. The state recorded 34 deaths, taking the death toll to 617. The city recorded 635 new cases and 26 deaths. </span><br />''  <br />
