<span style="color: #222222;">Launching a blistering attack against the Shiv Sena-led coalition government in Maharashtra, leader of opposition in legislative assembly, Devendra Fadnavis today said that if forest minister, Sanjay Rathod does not tender his resignation then the members of BJP in the joint committee on the Shakti Law will tender their resignations.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Addressing a press conference ahead of the Budget session of the state legislature, Mr. Fadnavis alleged that even after 18 days of the suicide of Pooja Chavan no FIR has been filed by the Pune police. He said, the FIR was not filed despite strong evidences.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;Fadnavis also demanded the suspension of the police inspector of the&nbsp; Pune's Wanowrie police station who did not lodge FIR.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Maharashtra BJP chief Chandrakant Patil had earlier warned the government that BJP will not allow functioning of the House, if Rathod does not tender his resignation.</span><br />
