The Maharashtra Anti Terrorism Squad – ATS today filed a 4000-page chargesheet in the 13/7 Mumbai serial blasts case. The chargesheet filed in a special MCOCA court was against the four arrested accused namely Naquee Ahmed, Nadeem Shaikh, Kanwar Pathrija and Haroon Naik.

A copy of the confession given by Nadeem before a Magistrate was also filed in the court. Five others accused belonging to Indian Mujahideen, including its founder Yasin Bhatkal and two Pakistani nationals have been shown as wanted accused.

The chargesheet has been filed almost a year after three coordinated blasts at Opera House, Zaveri Bazar and Dadar killed 27 people and left more than 130 injured.
