The Chief of Maharashtra Anti TerrorisT Sqaud (ATS), Rakesh Maria said at a press conference yesterday in Mumbai that so far no suspect has been detained as further investigation is in progress. Mr. Maria informed that ATS teams have been sent to various states including Karnataka, Gujrat, Andra Pradesh,Madhya Pradesh, Rajstan, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Delhi and are looking at all the possible avenues related with the probe. Mr. Maria stated that the ATS is also investigating the possibility of an underworld connection in the blasts. He also informedthat those arrested from various terror modules’ arrested in past are also being questioned in connection with the blast. Adderessing the media Rakesh Maria confirmed that the scooter on which the bomb was planted at Zaveri Bazaar is not a suspected vehicle but he clarified that the enquiries of other vehicles parked at the blast locations are on.
