After paying homage to late members of the house, leader of the opposition and former chief minister Devendra Fadanvis raised the issue of competitive examination racket. He lashed out against state government and demanded a discussion on the subject.  <br />'' <br />'' Congress member and Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee president Nana Patole supported his demand.  <br />'' <br />'' Mr Patole said that, discussion on the scam is needed so that people of Maharashtra will know entire information. BJP's Sudhir Mungantiwar objected to the change made in the rule by state government for election of speaker.<br />''<br />''In legislative council, the newly elected member Pradyna Satav was given oath. PWP member Jayant Patil raised the issue of Maharashtra Karnataka border issue and demanded a discussion. Deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar assured that, senior minister Eknath Shinde will explain state government's stand on the issue.</span>
