Municipal Commissioner Ashok Rankhamb informed that the four-storey building in Shanti Nagar area was already in dilapidated state.<br />''<br />'' Twenty two families were shifted from the building yesterday, but some people went inside to pick their belongings, when the building started collapsing.<br />''<br />'' The National Disaster Response Force was called immediately and the rescue operation is still on.
