<br/>In Jammu and Kashmir a 3-day Maha Shivratri Shiv Khori Mela is commencing at Shiv Khori Shrine Cave from Thursday in Reasi district of Jammu Division. <br/><br/>The Mela would conclude with Vishal Kesari Dangal at the base camp Ransoo in Pouni block of the Reasi district on Saturday. <br/><br/>The district administration Reasi has made all adequate necessary arrangements like security, drinking water, power supply, medicare, sanitation, plying of additional buses, fire services, blankets etc right from the base camp to the Shiv Khori Shrine Cave. <br/><br/>This cave shrine is situated in the lap of Sanger hills of the Pouni block in Reasi district of the Jammu province about 130 kms from Jammu, 120 km from Udhampur, 80 km from Mata Vaishno Devi base camp Katra. Keeping in view the sanctity and religious importance of this shrine cave, lakh of devotees are visiting this ancient save shrine every year. <br/><br/>Last year over 8.65 lakh devotees had visited the cave shrine to pay obeisance. <br/>This ancient cave shrine is now emerging as the second largest pilgrimage destination after Shri Mata Vaishno Devi shrine in the Reasi district.<br/>
