Maha police to get formal training in investigations & forensic sciences

<br/>Maharashtra police will soon get formal training in investigations and forensic sciences in their own university proposed in the state. Principal Secretary, Home Department P K Jain said that the Centre has approved the idea and promised to give 90 per cent aid to the University, the first-of-its-kind in the country, to train police in various areas of investigations. <br/> <br/>The police can get advanced training in investigation techniques, forensic sciences, use of modern equipment and communication with citizens. The common public and students can also learn the topics from the University to get acquainted with the working of police force.<br/>
