<span style="color: #222222;">Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh has said that the state police has booked 156 foreign nationals for violating visas rules during lockdown. The Minister said that the complaint was registered against these people under Section 14B of the Foreigner's Act and other relevant acts. He said offences were registered in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Amravati, Nanded, Nagpur, Pune, Ahmednagar, Chandrapur and Gadchiroli. He said that all these foreign nationals have come to India with tourist visas and there are reports that they joined Tablighi jamaat's Markaz at Nizamuddin in Delhi, violating the visa rules.<br />'' <br />''<br />''Among these foreign nationals one each from Kazakhstan, South Africa, Bangladesh, Ivorians, Benin, Myanmar, Russia, US, Ghana and Philippines. Two each from Togo and Djibouti. Three each from Brunei, Iran, Malaysia, Indonesia, 11 others from Tanzania and 19 from Kyrgyzstan. The Minister said that currently all of these are placed in institutional quarantine.</span><br />
