Magisterial probe indicts Chandigarh School in Ruchika expulsion case

A Magisterial probe has indicted Chandigarh Sacred Heart School for taking wrong and malafide action in expelling young Ruchika Girhotra soon after she complained of molestation by the former Haryana DGP SPS Rathore.<br/><br/>The report said, though there is no direct evidence available of pressure from Rathore, strong circumstantial evidence is available as the expulsion came shortly after her molestation.<br/><br/>Releasing the findings of the enquiry conducted by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, the Education-cum-Home Secretary Ram Niwas told reporters in Chandigarh, that the action of the school is selective, wrong, arbitrary and malafide.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that the enquiry officer has recommended a thorough probe and appropriate action against the school authorities or persons connected with the case so as to set an example for other academic institutions.<br/>
