The Madras High court today confirmed the death sentence of a convict in the kidnap, rape and murder of a Coimbatore girl and her younger brother in 2010.

Two children from the same family were kidnapped and the girl was killed after being sexually assaulted in Coimbatore.

Later, the police arrested one Manoharan, the car driver in the case, who was convicted for the crime by the trial court.
