The Madras High Court today said that it cannot pass any judgement with regard to compensation for Covid patients who have lost their lives. In a case relating to the issue, the Court said that only the Government could take a decision in this matter.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The first Bench of the Court consisting of Chief Justice Sanjeeb Banerjee and Justice Senthil Kumar, said that compensation for death of Covid patients was a subject pertaining to the policy of the State Government and the Court could not interfere.</span><br />
