The Madras High Court today refused to dismiss petition challenging Home Minister P.Chidambaram's election to the Lok Sabha. Disposing of his plea seeking dismissal of the petition by AIADMK's Raja Kanappan who lost the election at the Sivaganga Constituency,the Madras High Court has asked the Home Minister to face the case. Mr.Chidambaram was elected as an MP from the Sivaganga Constituency in 2009.
