The Madras High Court has ordered&nbsp; Director General of Police to set up a separate division to monitor the movements of foreigners staying in the State.<br />''<br />''In a case pertaining to illegal overstaying of foreigners, Justice Dhandapani said that thirteen thousand 289 foreigners from Srilanka, Nigeria, China,Iran and Bangladesh were found to be overstaying in Chennai, Tiruchirapalli and Madurai exceeding their visa.<br />''<span style="color: #000000;">The order said that many of them are involved in criminal activities and serving jail sentences. It asked the DGP to monitor such people and ensure that they are sent back to their respective countries.</span><br />
