The Madras High Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation petition challenging the Central government nomination of 3 BJP members as nominated members of the Puducherry Legislative Assembly. <br />''<br />''AIR Correspondent reports, on May 10th, the central government nominated 3 persons Venkatesan, Ramalingam and Ashok babu as MLAs to the Puducherry Legislative Assembly.
