In Madhya Pradesh, after the reporting of 171 new cases, the total number of Corona infected cases has increased to three thousand 785. One thousand 935 cases have been reported in the worst affected Indore while there are 774 cases in Bhopal. Meanwhile, instructions have been issued by the School Education Department to promote students from class one to eight in order to prevent Corona infection. In a directive sent to all Collectors, Commissioner of State Education Centre Lokesh Jatav has said that students should be promoted in the next class on the basis of monthly, half-yearly and internal assessment as per the provision of Right to Education Act. However, it is mandatory to write in each student's mark sheet that he has been promoted due to Corona infection prevention. In addition, such non-government and aided schools in which the annual examinations from classes one to eight have been completed on or before March 19, will declare the annual examination results of their institution as per rules, but in any case, no students should be  declared failed. </span><br />
