<span style="color: #222222;">Madhya Pradesh government has started the process of legalizing more than 6,000 illegal colonies in the state from Tuesday. Addressing a program, the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced that illegal colonies which came into existence till 31 December 2022 will be legalised. He said that basic facilities including roads, electricity, water, drainage will be provided by the civic bodies and panchayats in these colonies. The residents of this place will not even be charged the amount of development fee. The Chief Minister also announced that food will be provided to the poor and laborers in urban areas for five rupees.</span><br />
