The BJP also declared its remaining two candidates from Guna and Vidisha seats today.&nbsp; Pannalal Shakya has been the candidate from Guna and Mukesh Tandon from Vidisha.&nbsp; BJP has now declared candidates for all 230 seats in the state.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, the campaign is gaining momentum in the state.
