In Madhya Pradesh, the 62nd Republic Day is being celebrated with pomp and gaiety. AIR Bhopal correspondent reports that the main function on this occasion was organized in capital Bhopal where Governor Rameshwar Thakur hoisted the tricolour and inspected the parade. Twenty one contingents of police, security forces, NCC and Scouts and guides took part in the parade. Addressing the gathering, the Governor expressed pleasure over the efforts being made in the state to bridge gap between government and people.
