A Delhi court today framed charges against former Indian diplomat Madhuri Gupta for allegedly passing on sensitive information to Pakistan's ISI.

Additional Sessions Judge Pawan Kumar Jain charged Gupta under the Official Secrets Act for spying and also under the Indian Penal Code for criminal conspiracy.

The court has fixed March 22 for starting the trial.
