Jharkhand Police arrested former Chief Minister Madhu Koda yesterday. The Director General State Vigilance Bureau Niaz Ahmad said that his arrest was made in connection with disproportionate assets case. Mr. Madhu Koda is being investigated by Income Tax Department following raids in his premises in 70 different places on October 31st. Mr. Koda is also facing charges against his involvement in money laundering case to the tune of two thousand crore rupees.<br/>
