The 57 year old has also served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at ICICI Securities Limited and has worked with the New Development Bank in Shanghai and as the Head of a Private Equity Firm's Singapore office.  <br />''<br />''A graduate in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College, New Delhi, Ms. Buch also holds a MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad. She has been given a three-year tenure as SEBI Chief.</span><br />
