India's Saurav Ghosal suffered a 0-3 defeat at the hands of Egypt's Mohamed Abouelghar in the final of the Macau Open squash tournament tonight. Fourth seeded Ghosal lost 1-11, 4-11, 4-11 to the second seeded Egyptian opponent. Macau Open is a major Professional Squash Association world tour event. Earlier, Saurav had beaten Mohamed Abouelghar at the quaterfinal stage in the CCI tournament in Mumbai two years ago.
