Venkaiah Naidu has called on the young doctors to make healing with sympathy, a mission. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He was addressing the Doctors at the 1st Convocation of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar today. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Naidu said that the State and Central Government should make a policy to make it mandatory for doctors to serve three years in rural areas before getting the first promotion. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Naidu also paid homage to late Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee who had approved the proposal for set up six AIIMS in different parts of India. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Governor of Odisha Shri Ganeshi Lal, Union Health Minister Shri J. P. Nadda, Union Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan also spoke on the occasion.</span>
