The mortal remains of Kerala governor and former Pudducherry Chief Minister M.O.H Farook were laid to rest with full state honour at the Upplam Kabaristan in Puducherry Friday evening.Union Minister of state in P.M's office Mr, V. Narayan swamy, Lt Governor Iqbal Singh, Chief Minister. Mr. N. Rangaswamy atteneded the funeral.Earlier, Defence Minister A. K. Antony, Union Minister E. Ahmad, Kerala Chief Minister, Oomen Chandi, Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda and other Senior Congress leaders laid wreaths on the body of Farooq and paid homage.
