In Punjab, after four days of turmoil, life is coming back to normal in Ludhiana. The industries of the city suffered a loss of approximately 2000 crore rupees in the last four days. Although day time curfew has been relaxed from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM today due to which work has started in various industries but the labour has not come in the required number.Speaking to AIR Correspondent the President of United Cycle Parts Manufacturers Association, a largest body of this trade in Asia, Mr.D.S. Chawla has said that less than 40 per cent attendance of labour has been registered today in all the industries.He said that out of fear, the labour has already started moving back to their hometowns which is a bad sign for the industry. According to a rough estimate 10 lakh migrant labour run this industrial town besides earning for their livelihood.<br/><br/> <br/>
