Punjab DGP Siddharth Chattopadhyaya has said that Ludhiana blast accused had links foreign agencies, drug mafia and Khalistani groups. Mr Chattopadhyaya said, peliminary investigations suggest that Gagandeep, while in jail, may have developed links with pro-Khalistani elements, who used him to target the court premises.
