In Uttar Pradesh, the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court will further hear today on a Public Interest Litigation seeking CBI probe into the murder of two Chief Medical Officers, Dr. Vinod Kumar Arya and Dr. BP Singh at Lucknow. A division bench of the court comprising Justice Pradeep Kant and Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi had issued notice to the state government to file its reply on the petition. The government has filed its counter affidavit in the case.
