Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal today said that Lok Sabha is likely to take up a discussion tomorrow on Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee's suo motto statement on price rise tabled in the House today.

The discussion will take place under a rule that does not entail voting.

Left parties have announced to bring an adjournment motion on the issue in the House tomorrow.

Mr. Bansal renewed the appeal of the government to enable Parliament to function smoothly to ensure passage of significant legislations including the Lokpal and Judicial Accountability Bills.

He added that Standing Committee looking into Lokpal Bill is likely to submit its recommendations in the first week of the next month.
