The Lok Sabha today took up the issue of price rise for discussion. Initiating the debate, P Karunakaran of CPI(M) alleged that the benefit of the fall in international price of crude oil is not being passed on to the people. He demanded the increase minimum support price of pulses and strenghtening the storage capacity of foodgrains.The discussion remained inconclusive.
