Eight Congress members from the Telegana region have been suspended from the Loksabha for four days. The members were suspended for creating ruckus during thier demonstrats in the well the house in support of seperate statehood for Telegana.

A resolution to this affect was moved by Parliamentary affairs minister P.K Bansal and adopted by the Loksabha when the house reassembled at 2pm. The Chair has adjourned for the house till 2.30 pm.
