The Lok Sabha Speaker Mrs.Meira Kumar has expressed serious concern over delay in justice to Ruchika , who committed suicide following alleged molestation and harassment by the then Haryana DGP S.P.S.Rathore. <br/><br/>Mrs Kumar said this while replying to the queries of media persons following a press briefing on 20th conference of Speakers and Presiding officers of the Commonwealth countries beginning in New Delhi this evening. She hoped for speedy justice in the case.
