The Lok Sabha Speaker Mrs.Meira Kumar has expressed serious concern over delay in justice to Ruchika , who committed suicide following alleged molestation and harassment by the then Haryana DGP S.P.S.Rathore. <br/><br/>Mrs Kumar said this while replying to the queries of media persons following a press briefing on 20th conference of Speakers and Presiding officers of the Commonwealth countries beginning in New Delhi this evening. She hoped for speedy justice in the case.<br/><br/>Madhu Parkash, the complainant in the Ruchika Girhotra molestation case has welcomed the Centre's decision to withdraw police medals to officers who have been convicted by courts. Ms Madhu, the mother of sole witness Aradhna, said that the decision is a very good step of the Centre and she is very happy on it.
