Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar is now meeting the leaders of political parties who are yet to endorse the women's reservation bill. The meeting is being attended by Lalu Yadav of Rashtriya Janata Dal, Mulayam Singh Yadav of Samajwadi party, Dara Singh Chauhan of Bahujan Samaj Party, Ajit Singh of Rashtriya Lok Dal, E.Ahmad of Muslim League and Independent leader Inder Singh Namdhari among others.Our correspondent reports that the meeting assumes significance in the backdrop of the fact that Loksabha speaker is trying to garner consensus on the women's reservation bill before the commencement of Parliament session next month.
