Lok Sabha has resumed discussion on Census in the country. Resuming the debate, Mr. Mulayam Singh Yadav of SP has said, a caste-based census is essential to give identity to marginalised sections of the society. He said, the entire House is in favour of caste-based Census. He was speaking in the House when the last reports last came in.
